Through this journey, I recreated myself around 7+ times which is a combination of my spirit, health, knowledge, and energy level. On this journey, my passion was my biggest fuel as I position that in the right way. 

When I started to recreate myself that time, I found it so difficult as I had to find the truth through the "try and fail" process. It was very scary, time-consuming, and cost more energy. That inspired me to document my journey to "recreate myself", so others could use this as a "user guideline" or "reference" to create themself, become betters, and achieves their dreams.

The vision to turn RMIT University Vietnam into the Asian hub of RMIT University Australia. With that vision, John was running Digital transformation as Head of technology projects (PMO) to build -reshape - transform the RMIT University Vietnam.s Nation-wide technology landscape (Ho Chi Minh - Ha Noi - Da Nang). Now RMIT University Vietnam is the world's largest offshore campus of any university. 

​RMIT has ranked 223rd globally in the latest QS World University Rankings - an increase of 15 places from last year and 68 places since 2014. RMIT is now ranked 18th globally for universities under 50 years and is listed among the world’s top 30 universities with a technological orientation




Hoan My Medical Corporation: (2018 - 2020)
With 5000 employees, 15 nationwide hospitals, 6 clinics and 4 million patients per year Hoan My Medical Corporation is Vietnam's largest private hospital chain.
The vision is to transform the whole technology landscape for the whole medical corporation to enable its leadership team to expand the impacts, standardize and also maximize the operations to create a sustainable higher level of customer/ patient experience. ​
