What is Social Development Factory

Social Development Factory (SDF) is an annual initiative of Vietnam Social Health Revolution (VSHR) to scale up different social projects in the community to enable those projects to bring more positive social impacts through partnering with different organizations/companies/corporates. It's an annual event that powers different social development projects to take them to the next level.  

An IDEA that turned into a REAL LIFE INITIATIVE - Social Development Factory to empower United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) - 3, 4 and 17.

Submit Your Project Proposal?

Do you have a sustainable and scalable project which you are doing/going to do for helping people in the Vietnamese community? Submit your proposal soon! Then you will have an entry for the qualifying round. And you can get a "Wild Card" entry to the Social Development Factory's Final round. 


Or, if you think you or your group have only an idea to develop a social project but you don't know how to develop that project. Then register for "Vietnam's Amazing Student" Content. On this contest we will provide you the master class and also a industry mentor to develop your project. You can also win scholarships, fund etc. as well. The registration for Vietnam's Amazing 2019, is already open!

​After you develop your project though Vietnam's Amazing Student contest, you can get an direct entry to Social Development Factory 2019.  


Or you think you are only alone and just have an idea to build up a project. Besides that, you also need the skills to build a project from scratch to a major one. Then Let's apply for 100x Support program!

As a social shark, you will be part of the Social Development Shark panel at the final round. In this role, you will see all the different projects presented by different teams and you will decide which project/s you wanna be part of and share the journey together.

Projects for SDF 2019

Healthcare Book:

In research work, it's found that 80% of Vietnamese people do not learn or spend time on health awareness development. Among the 20% who are learning, among them 80% learning from a source like - Facebook, content marketing website, etc. 

The purpose of healthcare in the book is to develop a successful platform to provide practical health knowledge to the Vietnamese community.

First Aid Hero Factory:

​Develop a First Aid-trained community, that will consistently provide First Aid Training programs to Vietnamese society ( particularly low-income people - students, orphanages, etc.), so they will be able to sustain their health and life in a better way.

Life Handshake Project:

Different Research by - CDC, UNDP, and USAID showed a healthy life for humans, makes a major positive impact on its productivity. From a health perspective, our Vietnamese community there are two parts:
  • One part of the community who can effort but doesn't know about heartier life. Example: employees/members of your organization. 
  • And another community who are consists of - an orphanage, an old home, a disabled center, and rural students, who do not effort to have a heartier life. 

'Life handshake project' is the bridge between these two parts of the community. 

Share for Life

The purpose of this project is to train medical students in nutrition advisory skills by providing nutrition workshops and practical knowledge by letting them do nutrition advisory support for low-income Vietnamese people. 

Life for Life:

​Office employees who are working around District 1, Tan Binh, etc. are suffering by eating low quality lunch. This project to provide quality lunch for them, and raise the fund to develop further projects for the community

Live and Love:

There is a large number of couples who are getting married and moving forward to have kids. The key factor of any kid's proper mental growth and primary education has been settled by parents. But unfortunately, most parents fail to provide the right education and mindset to kids. So this project will train the parents to grow their kids with the right approach.
